I am a final year Ph.D. student in Dept. of Computer Science, Yale University. My research interest includes appearance modeling/editing and photo-realistic/real-time rendering. I am supervised by Prof. Julie Dorsey and Prof. Holly Rushmeier.

Prior to coming to Yale, I received my B.Sc from Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering, Fudan University, Shanghai, China. From Oct. 2005 to Apr. 2006, I was a visiting student in Internet Graphics Group at Microsoft Research Asia. I was born and grew up in the wonderful city of Shanghai.

08/08/2011	Paper Physically-Based Interactive Bi-Scale Material Design has been conditionally accepted to ACM SIGGRAPH Asia 2011. Accepted on 09/08/2011.
11/30/2010	Paper A Sparse Parametric Mixture Model for BTF Compression, Editing and Rendering accepted as is to EUROGRAPHICS 2011.
